This hotel has an excellent location close to the sea and in the centre, just a short walk away from the harbour, shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities including a nice rooftop pool, 24/7 markets within close proximity and a favourite nearby restaurant. The staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for travelers looking to spend a lot of time in the water. the staff is always willing to assist in any way possible and ensures that the rooms are always immaculately clean. Apart from being located in a central area, the hotel is close to the harbor, allowing guests to explore the area at their leisure.
One negative aspect would be that the breakfast options can be repetitive, but this is a minor issue compared to the many other positives offered by the hotel.

Two things that stood out the most were the friendly and accommodating staff and the delicious breakfast options. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the main attractions and local hotspots.
The downside to staying at the hotel was the poor internet connection, which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home. the noise from the nearby traffic could be heard quite clearly, which made it difficult to sleep soundly at night.

Location good, close to beach and cabel car station. Quiet, relaxed, friendly, very clean. Excellent staff, feel very safe. Good breakfast, nice rooftop pool.

Great location, very helpful staff, and good Wi-Fi
I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and I really loved it. The hotel's personnel were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great throughout the entire hotel and I was able to get some work done without any hassle. The location of the hotel was just perfect for me - it was very easy to get around and explore the local area without any trouble.
One thing that could be improved would be the breakfast options - there weren't too many choices available, which might not be good for picky eaters. there was a bit of noise from the nearby main road and people walking in the hallway.
